Architects Drawing And Planning Process:
Over time we have built good working relationships with numerous local Architects and depending on the intricacy of your project we will advise which of our trusted team would best to suit your project and save costs. You would deal directly with the Architect and pay them directly for their service offering you complete transparency on our service and giving you the personal service that is a necessity.
Planning passed and building regulations:
Once the necessary planning has been obtained for your project then one of the team will liaise with your architect to line up what we require to start the project and start the construction process. We put a building inspector in place to ensure our work is signed off at different stages of the construction process to ensure an efficient and on time build for all parties.
Construction Process
Once we have ticked all the boxes for preparation then this is where our team of highly skilled tradesman come into their own and get the core work done. With every construction project being managed by David Moss, we organise for each trade to come in at the correct time to ensure an efficient and on time build. Once we have got you to plaster stage this is where we sit down with you and choose the finishing touches for your project. We have trade agreements with a vast number of local suppliers of bathrooms, kitchens and more. This allows us to use our buying power to save you costs at every stage of the construction process.
Construction Completion
Our team liaise with the building inspector to obtain you final sign off for your project. Once this has been obtained David will meet with you for final snagging and sign off. Once this is completed you are then able to enjoy your new build and add the finishing touches.

We offer a 12 month guarantee on all of our work because with all build projects there is teething problems therefore we see this as a necessity to offer you the right level of customer service.
