ThePPM has been organically grown by the Directors over a 4 year period to offer local authorities and the community services for all aspects of building and renovations. Starting from humble beginnings of 2 good friends with compatible skill sets discussing the prospect of starting a Master Building Company to service all sectors of the property market in Loughborough and the Midlands.
Our Directors
David Moss – After graduating from Sheffield University with a degree in Economics David decided to move into a career in construction. He started in early 2000 with national house builder Westbury Homes Limited on their graduate training scheme as an Assistant Site Manager he was quickly promoted to a Site Manager with the company. The opportunity then arose to join Persimmon Homes as a Site Manager on the Mitchell Drive development in Loughborough, where he ran a circa 50+ team to develop the site of over 60+ houses for the company. After 10 years of learning the sector David knowing he wanted to run his own building firm decided to join forces with Edward and ThePPM was formed.
Edward Taylor – After deciding to join a local independent Estate Agent as a trainee estate agent in the early 2000’s, Edward was quickly promoted to be a residential valuer in the town and spent 5 years learning all he could about the property sector locally. His career then moved to Ashby where he was made a partner before deciding to go out on his own. Due to the turbulence in the property market at the time of setting up his firm he decided to target the student accommodation sector where his company thrives 8 years on. Edward quickly realised there was a lot of reciprocal building work to be had from setting up a Master Building Company, after lengthy discussions with David they decided to push the button on ThePPM.
