The Property Maintenance Service is designed to offer you peace of mind that if a maintenance issue comes up at your office or investment property that a skilled trade is on hand to repair it quickly and efficiently at the right price. We charge you a small monthly retainer to be part of the service and you are charged if and when your tenants call us out. We ask for a float of £100 at commencement of our service which will be held to cover small repairs such as lightbulb changes or key replacement. Should the cost of the repair exceed £100 we will put together a highly competitive quote due to having all trades cover in our Team here at ThePPM. One of the team will then send over the quote to you for authorisation prior to the repair being made.
